About Michelle Cosley

Living in a society where most of us feel we have to hide, having open and honest discussions about thoughts and feelings has always been a passion of mine. I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can bring your whole self.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) in Washington State. I have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In addition to private practice, my experience includes crisis counseling and school counseling, as well as a variety of additional trainings including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Maternal Mental Health training, and Meditation Teacher Training. My style is warm and collaborative. I am here to help guide you toward healing and a greater sense of wellbeing.

As a mother of two, I love supporting parents and expectant parents in their journey and everything that comes up along the way. I also recognize that many did not receive the love and support they needed as children, and that can make it hard to create a healthy environment for your children. I am here to help you become the person and parent you want to be.
